Newmarket Racecourses’ Sustainable Style Awards

ALL CONTESTANTS MUST MEET AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AS STATED BELOW) IN ORDER TO BE GRANTED ENTRY INTO THE STYLE AWARDS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Promoter is Newmarket Racecourses, The Rowley Mile, Newmarket, CB8
2. Staff, immediate family members of ambassadors of the Promoter, sponsors and partners are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition is free to enter and is open to
4. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter and/or partners may use contestants’ names and contact details for future marketing purposes, unless notified to the contrary by the contestant at the time of entry.
5. Contestants agree that their image may be used by the Promoter and partners for future marketing purposes.

7. The Judges will be looking for the most unique and stylish outfit on the course, based on the following criteria:
   1. Focus on the sustainability of an outfit and accessories
   2. Style, creativity and originality
   3. Attention to detail
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any contestant we feel is too intoxicated to
9. The Promoter shall select the judging panel and the judges’ decision will be
10. Contestants must be 18 years of age or more as on 11^th July
11. Prizes are non-transferable and non-

13. Contestants and/or their outfit are not permitted to commercially promote a brand, store or
14. Contestants may not enter the contest on behalf of a third
15. Contestants must not receive any compensation or payment from a third party for entering the competition.
16. The competition commences as gates open at 11:50AM and will close at 3:00PM pm Thursday 11^th July 2024.
17. Final judging will take place once entries have been closed and finalists will be notified by mobile telephone.
18. Entry is solely via registering on the day in person at one of the Style Awards Pods at Newmarket Racecourse on Thursday 11^th July 2024.
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered
