PERSONAL ASSISTANT ADMISSION
If you need a Personal Assistant to attend the event - we do offer a PA goes free scheme, once we have established your eligibility. See our Personal Assistant Policy for more details.
If you have any questions or queries regarding the free Personal Assistant admission scheme then please contact the Customer Relations Department on 01638 675500 (Option 4).
Assistance dogs are welcome to attend with their owners without additional charge subject to production upon entry of a valid identification document from Assistance Dogs (UK) or an equivalent international organization. A separate ticket is not required however owners should notify the racecourse in advance upon booking their event day tickets so that any necessary arrangements can be made.
The Rowley Mile

- We have dedicated accessible raised areas around the enclosures.
The Rowley Mile has many accessible toilet facilities within the Millennium Grandstand, Premier Courtyard, Paddock Bar area and Garden Enclosure. Please note that there are no accessible toilet facilities in the Head On Stand on the Rowley Mile. RADAR keys are required for access to all public areas accessible toilet facilities.
The July Course

ACCESSIBLE viewing platform for music events
For all racing plus music events, we take bookings for all of the designated accessible platform areas.
Due to very high demand, all the spaces on our accessible viewing areas for Tom Jones have now been reserved and we cannot accommodate any further guests on these areas. If you have accessibility needs and have already purchased a ticket for Tom Jones, but have not reserved a space on the accessible viewing areas, a refund on your ticket is available. Please contact a member of our team on 01638 675 500 option 4
The July Course has accessible toilets in all areas, except within Stand 4. Access to all accessible toilet facilities is via a RADAR key.
