2022 will see Her Majesty The Queen, The Patron of The Jockey Club, celebrate 70 years on the throne with 12 months of celebrations to mark the Platinum Jubilee.
The Queen has demonstrated an unwavering dedication and passion for the breeding, training and racing of the thoroughbred throughout her long reign.
Jockeys wearing the purple and scarlet colours of Her Majesty have won more than 1,800 races on her horses and she was the British Flat racing Champion Owner in 1954 and 1957. She has won many of the most historic races in the sport, including both the 1,000 and 2,000 Guineas at Newmarket.
