New partnership announced with Rich Energy for July Course evening fixtures

RICH Energy and The Jockey Club are pleased to announce a partnership for evening racing events across summer 2021. RICH Energy will sponsor six evening racing fixtures on Newmarket’s July Course, with four of these fixtures followed by concerts from hugely popular artists Tom Jones, Jess Glynne, Olly Murs and Rick Astley.

The partnership involves the sponsorship of individual races and further extends RICH Energy's commitment to supporting businesses and consumers as they bounce back from the impact of the pandemic.

Commenting on the agreement, RICH Energy Head of Commercial Partnerships Kay Johnson, noted: “RICH Energy is a premium drink with a market-leading taste and our partnership with The Jockey Club brings us into horseracing for the first time. We can't wait to bring RICH to racegoers and music lovers alike.”

Newmarket’s evening fixtures on the July Course are a centrepiece of the Great British summer and feature some of Britain’s best talents, both on track and on stage.

Sophie Able, General Manager of Newmarket Racecourses, said: “We are thrilled to welcome RICH Energy, a fast-growing consumer brand, to Newmarket’s July Course for our series of exciting evening meetings this summer. It’s their first involvement with horseracing and we’re especially looking forward to working together to help make this partnership a success.”
