Upon arrival to the racecourse you will be directed to the owners parking.

Electric Car Charging Points

We currently have no EV charging capability onsite. The nearest charge point to the Racecourse is located at the BP Fuel Station on Bury Road (CB8 7BP).

Train Services to Newmarket Racecourses

If you're planning to arrive at Newmarket by train, please be aware that there is only one service that runs hourly from Cambridge Train Station. 

 

Air Travel

Stansted Airport is a 35 minute drive and it is only a 15 minute drive to Cambridge Airport from Newmarket Racecourses.

You can also charter a helicopter to the racecourse and on racedays there will be a driver available to transport guests landing at the July Course to the Rowley Mile. You can book your transport with the official Jockey Club partner Air Charter Service for a personalised air charter experience.

 

Private Aircraft

If you would like to land your helicopter or your fixed wing aircraft at either racecourse please visit https://www.helipad.co.uk/login to arrange your landing.

Directions to the Rowley Mile

Merge onto the A11 at junction 9, signposted Newmarket and Norwich.

After 10 miles branch left and merge onto the A1304, signposted Newmarket.

After 5 miles take the third exit at the roundabout with the horse statue.

Travel along the Cambridge Road for 1 mile and then turn left, singposted The Rowley Mile.

Turn left again and you will be on The Rowley Mile drive.
