Information for Owners & Trainers

Every runner you have at Warwick entitles you badge allocation and you can request these via your PASS online login. 

• Eight badges are available for a single owner
• Eight badges are available for a partnership and syndicates. 
• Ten badges are available for members of the Racehorse Syndicates Association (RSA)
  
  

If you would like additional entrance tickets, you can swap your badge allocation for up to 20 general admission tickets.

Owners can collect their entry badges at the Owners & Trainers entrance.

Please note we are happy to provide badges, even if your horse is declared a non-runner and you still wish to attend; please contact us to confirm details (subject to availability).

Please remember to bring your PASS card. If you require badges for your guests, but will not be accompanying them on the day, please add the guest names onto the PASS system or advise the Racecourse Office in advance, otherwise they risk being refused entry.

Trainers are provided with a single ticket for themselves and one additional pass for a guest.

ROA PASS Card Holders are entitled to two general admission tickets at every meeting, providing you show your valid ROA card.

• On arrival please park in the Owners & Trainers Car Park as directed by the Stewards – Hampton Road Car Park - CV34 6HU
• The Owners & Trainers Entrance is located at the end of the Owners & Trainers Car Park.
• You will be greeted by our Owners & Trainers team who will provide you with everything you need for the day including a badge, voucher and a racecard.
• A complimentary two course meal will be available in the Paddock Pavilion, next to the pre-parade ring.
• Winning connections will be invited into the Winners Enclosure for the Prize Presentation followed by a celebratory glass of champagne our Winning Connections facility to watch the race replay
• Please note dogs are not permitted within the racecourse (excluding Four-Legged Friend Day) and must not be left in vehicles during the day.
• Accessible restroom facilities are available. These are located next to the Paddock Pavilion which is extremely accessible.
• Lift facilities are available for the Main Grandstand for elevated viewing with an accessible viewing platform at the top of the lift.

The Paddock Pavilion, situated next to the Pre-Parade Ring, is exclusively reserved for Owners & Trainers.

This facility provides a vast increase in space from our Chandlers Grandstand and allows for a better food offering.

Owners can enjoy a complimentary two course lunch and free tea & coffee for the duration of the day.

There is also a cash bar where owners are entitled to a 20% discount off all wines. The toilets have also recently been upgraded.

If you wish to have a more formal experience then we would be delighted to offer you a special discount off the standard price on any given day in the 1707 Restaurant.

This restaurant has developed a truly outstanding reputation for its high quality food and service and won the Best Fining Dining Award at 2018, Racecourse Catering Awards.

We do reserve a limited number of seats for owners with runners on the day but availability is strictly on a first reserved basis. There is certainly no better location to spend your day. To make a booking call: 01926 405560

We recommend arriving early to avoid having to use our overflow facilities. Please remember to display your parking label, which is distributed by Weatherbys with your owners' letter. Download your passes here. 

Warwick has some lovely hotels and restaurants, not to mention the magical castle and the historic Lord Leycester Hospital.

All winning owners are presented with a special momento of their win at Warwick Racecourse.

We also provide you with photograph from our racecourse photographer, David Pratt and a special card that opens to reveal a replay video of your race.
