Whether it’s an anniversary, a birthday party, wedding reception or wake, you need a venue that delivers. We cater to hundreds every year, yet when it comes to your day the focus is on you, making sure every element is fulfilled to the highest standard.

 

It’s about the little things done well, about giving you the perfect day or evening celebration and memories that last a lifetime.

 

We can hold a maximum of 120 guests for a seated 3-course meal or for a more informal celebration/reception drinks we are able to accommodate a maximum of 500 guests, providing casual seating for approximately 60 people.

  • Your event will have a stunning and unique backdrop thus ensuring a memorable day.

 

  • The excellent photo opportunities can capture the bride and groom at the Winning Post or pictured in the parade ring taken from the restaurant balcony.

 

  • Each wedding party can create their own special day. We can provide an excellent choice of food and wine. While those additional touches can be brought in with your own florists, balloons, discos etc.

 

  • We can offer the choice of three reception rooms, each with their own bar and spectacular view, which will cater for up to 400 guests, with ample free parking, and full disabled access and facilities. 

 

  • There is also limited overnight accommodation available at the Kingwell Lodge situated in the middle of the racecourse.

 

  • From working lunches to fine dining, we offer great British food to match our great British hospitality.

 

  • A joint venture between Jockey Club Racecourses and Jockey Club Catering, our award-winning caterers, enables us to bring you locally sourced menus tailored to meet your requirements and inspire and energise your guests.

 

  • The finest British produce, locally sourced from carefully selected regional suppliers are used to create delicious dishes unique to the racecourse.
