1. The “Promoter” is The Jockey Club Racecourses Limited, 21-27 Lambs Conduit Street, London, WC1N 3NL operating the Prize Draw as Cheltenham Racecourse (“Racecourse”) and registered with Cheltenham Borough Council Small Lottery Licence 25/01596/LOTA.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of the organiser shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
3. The Prize Draw is only open to entrants aged 18 or over.
4. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must purchase an Official Festival Pin and Win Pin Badge (“Pin Badge”), available to buy between 10.30am and 4.20pm on each raceday at the Cheltenham Festival 2026 (“Festival”) from designated sales points and roaming sellers at the Racecourse. No purchase other than the Pin Badge is necessary.
5. Four cash prizes are available to be won across this promotion with one cash prize available to a single winner on each individual day of the four-day Festival. The prize is a cash pot containing £1.50 from every Pin Badge sold for that day. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No alternative prize will be offered if the winner is unable to accept the cash prize.
The exact racedays on which the Pin Badge can be purchased and the Prize Draw entered into are:
7. Multiple entries per day are allowed, per each individual Pin Badge purchased. Each Pin Badge will be supplied with a backing card featuring a unique individual number.
8. The draw will take place at 5.30pm on each raceday. One winning number will be drawn at random each day by an appointed official using a random number generator.
9. The winning number will be displayed on the Racecourse big screens. To accept the cash prize the winner must present the matching ticket to the draw official, at the Racecourse reception or contact the Racecourse within six weeks of the draw. Failure to claim the prize after six weeks will result in forfeiture, and the cash prize will be donated to the Gold Cup Centenary Community Fund. Lost or damaged tickets will not be honoured.

Employees of The Jockey Club (Promoter), Cheltenham Racecourse, the Gold Cup Centenary Community Fund or any associated company of The Jockey Club and their immediate families, persons connected with the Prize Draw, prize sponsors, newsagents, wholesalers & their agents, and their immediate families, cannot enter the Prize Draw.
11. The Jockey Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
12. The four individual daily winners are not obliged to take part in promotional activity relating to this prize.
13. By entering this Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering prize fulfilment, it is necessary for The Jockey Club to securely hold and process your personal data.
14. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to that personal information that you provided is processed in accordance with The Jockey Club’s Privacy Policy.
15. Data relating to entrants of the Prize Draw will only be retained by the Racecourse for a reasonable period after the Prize Draw closes to assist them in operating and concluding the Prize Draw in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries related to the Prize Draw. No data will be shared or disclosed to a third party.
16. All entrants may view the details of the winning participant(s) at Competitions | The Jockey Club five working days after the Prize Draw has closed.
17. The Jockey Club reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion as they as the Promoter deems necessary in its absolute sole discretion.
18. The Prize Draw and any related disputes or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw or its subject matter.
