Our shared parties run on selected dates throughout December, bringing together groups from different companies for one big festive celebration at Haydock Racecourse. With the venue, entertainment and atmosphere all shared for a set price per person, all you need to do is book your places and arrive ready to enjoy the night.
Our shared Christmas party packages are designed to bring the magic without leaving you to plan the party. Raise a glass with a welcome drink, enjoy a three-course seasonal feast, then let the DJ take things from dinner to dance floor. Vegetarian, vegan and dietary options are available, with Foodsteps carbon-rated menus adding a little extra thought to the festive feast. With complimentary car parking included, all that’s left to do is gather the team and get ready to celebrate.

Located just one mile from junction 23 of the M6. Haydock Park Racecourse is based in Merseyside, set in an area of parkland between the following towns, Haydock, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Golborne and Newton-le-Willows.
All traffic to enter the racecourse from the A49 down the racecourse main drive. The Golborne / East entrance is also open.
All of our parking is free and first come first serve. We have upwards of 1000 spaces so there is plenty of space.
Those who have a blue badge can park in the allocated spaces closer to our entrances.
The nearest train station to Haydock Park Racecourse is Newton-le-Willows, available on trains running from Manchester Piccadilly, Victoria and Oxford Road to Liverpool Lime Street.
On the main London to Glagow line the nearest stations are Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan North Western which are both approximately 8 miles from the racecourse. For detailed rail information please call 08450 000 125.
