The eyes of the world descend to the picturesque July Course for the Moët & Chandon July Festival. Three days of world-class flat racing and fabulous fashion.

There’s nothing quite like an afternoon on Newmarket’s picturesque and historic July Course and as the summer arrives, all eyes turn to the Moët & Chandon July Festival.

Three days of world class horseracing are paired with unrivalled fashion, food and entertainment to give racing fans of all ages a day out to remember.

Running from Thursday to Saturday, the festival is packed full of Group racing, with the feature race the Group One Darley July Cup on the Saturday. Run over six furlongs, the July Cup is one of the most valuable and prestigious sprint races in the world and horses often travel from Australia and America to stake their claim.

Friday is headlined by a top level contest in the form of the Group One Tattersalls Falmouth Stakes for fillies and mares over a mile. The race offers the first high profile opportunity for the top three year old fillies to test themselves against older rivals and is regularly one to savour.

Day one is ‘Ladies Day’ and as one of THE dates in the social calendar offers thrilling racing and fabulous fashion in equal measure. The seven-race card is headlined by the Group Two Princess of Wales's Tattersalls Stakes over a mile and a half and boasts some high profile previous winners, including Ascot Gold Cup winner Big Orange in 2015 and 2016. Off the track the Style Award gives the best turned out racegoers the opportunity to walk away with a prize of their own.

With so much on offer in such a glorious setting, if you enjoy a day at the races, you’ll love the Moët & Chandon July Festival!

The Style Awards celebrate the very best dressed people on course and are an opportunity for you to get dressed up with your friends and family and make a fashion statement at the races.
