Premier Experience - Trackside Pavilions

The July Course provides racegoers with the quintessential British summer racing experience. It is well known for its garden party atmosphere and exhilarating entertainment during June, July and August.

Each pavilion offers privacy, where guests can enjoy the raceday experience soaking up the social atmosphere and excitement of world class racing - the action is so close you can feel the ground tremor as the races reach their dramatic conclusion. Or you can enjoy one of our popular music nights from the comfort of your pavilions own exclusive decking area – the choice is yours.

• Minimum of 26 guests apply for a Private Pavilion
• Bespoke packages are available to meet your requirements for your day

Please find below a guide of your timings for the day. For specific event timings please select a fixture to book.

• Your facility is available from gates opening
• We like to make your day as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, food service will commence once you arrive. To get the most out of your day, we do advise it's best to arrive within 30 minutes of gates opening and prior to the first race*
• Afternoon Tea served at the 3rd race (Not available on Newmarket Nights/Twilight meetings)
• Bars close 30 minutes after last race or 30 minutes after the music has ended
• Your facility & racecourse close an hour after the last race or 30 minutes after the music has ended

*Please do make us aware if you will be arriving after the first race as our kitchen will need to be notified.
