THE NATIONAL STUD DAY DELEGATE PACKAGE 2022
A unique package which gives delegates the opportunity to see behind-the-scenes at one of the most famous studs in the world. Enjoy an afternoon tour post-conference and be one of the lucky guests to experience what goes on at a working thoroughbred stud farm.
The tour explores this beautiful 500-acre stud farm and focuses on introducing visitors to the history and purpose of The National Stud as a commercial thoroughbred breeding operation. Depending on the season and daily activities on the Stud, visitors can expect to see mares with their young foals in the paddocks, plus yearlings and stallions. During your 90-minute tour, which is on foot and by mini-bus, you will also hear about the history of how the Stud developed. Plus, an overview of the work that goes into producing the future champions of the turf.
