We offer a variety of rooms ideal for conferences, meetings, seminars and training events with additional spaces for breakout rooms all with stunning views of the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
Our medium sized rooms are perfect for larger meetings or for smaller events wanting space to display small exhibitions. For larger functions our Millennium Suite can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre style with a private lounge and balcony overlooking the parade ring.
For business meetings, interviews and breakout rooms our Executive Boxes provide an intimate space. Each room has access to an outside balcony with breathtaking views of the track and Suffolk/Cambridgeshire countryside. With over 20 to choose from, each Newmarket conference and meeting room provides flexible seating and table arrangements and all delegates have access to our complimentary WiFi.
Our in house catering team, Jockey Club Catering have created a selection of delicious menus from Breakfasts to working lunches through to beautiful afternoon tea or a sumptuous dinner.
