Wincanton Racecourse will host 16 racedays at the popular track in the heart of Somerset in 2020, as announced by the British Horse Racing Authority on Tuesday 6th August.
Famed for its popular Boxing Day Fixture and Badger Ales Chase Day, Wincanton Racecourse hosts a key raceday on the Road to Cheltenham Festival on Saturday 15th February, Betway Kingwell Hurdle Day. Previous winners of the race include Lanzarote, Zarkander and Yanworth, all of whom went on to run at The Festival.
As well as high quality racing, Wincanton has a popular Family Fun Day on Sunday 19th April, and a Celebrate Somerset Night to see their season out in style on Thursday 7th May. Before kick starting again in October.
