A hidden gem, overlooking one of the most famous racecourses in the world.
Cheltenham Racecourse Club Site is a desirable site and the perfect base from which to explore the delights of the area. The town of Cheltenham is just one and a half miles from the caravan site through a nearby park, or you can use the convenient regular transport service provided by the Park and Ride. The site is also well placed for visiting the city of Gloucester with its Cathedral and other historic buildings. 59 of the 80 pitches on site are hardstanding so you have a very good chance of securing a hardstanding pitch which gives you more opportunity to tour even when the weather is bad! The remaining 21 pitches are on grass.
Cheltenham Racecourse Club Site puts a wealth of fun activities within easy reach. With its tree-lined promenade and collonaded buildings, the Regency Spa town is an absolute pleasure for the pedestrian. Regent Arcade provides a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants and you will want to take in the sight of the delightful Wishing Fish Clock. The Everyman Theatre is available for those wanting to experience a little culture as well as enjoying the scenic views of its well-maintained gardens.
Why not experience the thrill of the races? Famed for The Festival™ presented by Magners, held every year in March, the racecourse has fixtures throughout the year.
