Who Can Apply
Princess Royal Stand Members can apply for a maximum of 4 family guest badges on any race day outside of The Festival.
The number of guest badges available on any race day will vary from fixture to fixture.
Your invited guest (s) must hold a valid Favourite or Desert Orchid Membership, proof of which will be requested at the time of badge redemption.
Your guest(s) must be considered by you, to be a family member.
Definition of Family (for the purpose of this offer)
There will be no formal check of your guest’s relationship status, but we expect our members to act in accordance with the spirit and intent of this opportunity.
Family, for the purpose of this offer, is defined as someone who is united by blood, marriage, adoption or is bound by a long-term commitment and considered as family, regardless of legal ties.
If members are found to be acting outside of the spirit of the offer, their membership could be cancelled.
Withdrawal of Family Guest Badge Offer
The provision of all guest badges will be at the sole discretion of Cheltenham Racecourse.
This family guest badge offer could be altered or cancelled at any time.
Application Process
If the total number of guest badges applied for exceeds the total number of badges available on any race day, a ballot will be facilitated.
Payment for the guest badge needs to be made no later than 2pm on the day prior to the race meeting.
Badges will be collected on the raceday from PRS Reception desk (ground floor of Princess Royal Stand), where proof of guest membership status will need to be provided.
If there is spare capacity after the application closing date, the remaining badges will be available on a first come first basis on the raceday under similar terms.
Members must apply by purchasing their guest badges via the fixture links below.
Badges must be purchased by 11am on the closing date for that fixture, shown in the table. Successful members will be emailed with further information on that day.
