The Private Boxes are located on the fourth floor of the Millennium Grandstand and offer the most spectacular views of the course and racing action.

These stylish, private venues offer an intimate and social setting designed for luxurious entertaining. The ambience is modern elegance and sophistication, the catering is second to none and the race viewing from your own private balcony will make your day truly unforgettable.

There are four tiers of experiences to choose from and you can rest assured that whichever you choose your guests will enjoy a unique day out, with world class hospitality and exceptional entertainment.

Please find below a guide of your timings for the day. For specific event timings please select a fixture to book.

• Your facility is available from gates opening
• We like to make your day as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, food service will commence once you arrive. To get the most out of your day, we do advise it's best to arrive within 30 minutes of gates opening and prior to the first race*
• Afternoon Tea served at the 3rd race
• Bars close 30 minutes after last race
• Your facility & racecourse close an hour after the last race

*Please do make us aware if you will be arriving after the first race as our kitchen will need to be notified.
