in the event that new or temporary Government restrictions are in place at any stage during the season, that renders race day attendance impossible, we will be offering a rebate on per meeting basis.

This rebate will be calculated and paid to members at the conclusion of the season.

It is likely that there will be restrictions on the numbers attending our race meetings during the forthcoming season.

If this is the case, wherever possible, we will ensure that our annual members are given priority in attending.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to stop selling membership at any time due to Covid-19 and further guidance provided by the Government. This may include restricting the number of members we have. Memberships will therefore be sold on a first come, first served basis. We would encourage you to renew as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Due to the Owners and Trainers Car Park being required for the race day Green Zone, we will not be able to offer Premium Parking this season.

Bread and Meat Parking will be utilised for Owners, who given the restrictions in place will be using the main turnstiles as their point of entry to the racecourse.

It is likely that all spectators attending racing will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to their attendance in addition to confirming in advance which meetings they will be attending.

If this is the case, you will not be permitted into the racecourse if you have not completed the form and confirmed attendance. It will be imperative as per Government Guidelines that we have all your contact information including an email address so please ensure you complete this on the renewal form.

If this is not completed or requested information cannot be provided this will affect your application. You may also be required to have your temperature taken on arrival at the racecourse.

This season we will not be offering this tier of membership, as the usual benefits almost reflect what is being offered in our  reduced Annual Membership offer 

Unfortunately due to the restrictions being put in place at other racecourses we cannot guarantee any reciprocal tickets for the 2020/21 season.

However, we will be working on arrangements with other Jockey Club courses, once we have a clear indication of what can be achieved. Rest assured that offering reciprocals to our members will remain a clear objective.

We know we have days when Members would like to bring additional guests, so we have increased the number of days when this offer is available.

For the 2020/21 Season, Members will be provided, upon application, up to 2 additional badges, at the following meetings;

• Friday 6 November
• Thursday 10 December
• Friday 26 February
• Tuesday 30 March
• Thursday 22 April

At the moment we do not know the answer to this question however we will continue to follow Government Guidelines.

It is possible to bring your own but please rest assured we will continue to operate hand sanitising stations throughout the racecourse which you are welcome to use.

Yes, absolutely, we will make sure that you are presented with appropriate temporary badges and permissions so you can enjoy your days at the races as a Member until your official members identification arrives.

We appreciate it’s not ideal but as a temporary measure we need all people attending the race day to park in the public car parks in the centre of the course. If you do not want to park on grass, then it is only a short walk (5 minutes) to the Barrack Street Car Park in the centre of Warwick.

At this stage, we hope so! Obviously the logistics of running a members tour are much more complicated now but we enjoy them as much as you, so we will be investigating options as the season progresses.

Our plan is to run our popular tipping contest from the first race meeting that is open to the public (excluding our pilot raceday on 21 September).
