Tuesday, September 3, 2019 - Cheltenham Racecourse is pleased to announce a one-year deal with popular equestrian brand Ariat. The Ariat Leading Jockey Award will be awarded for the first time at The November Meeting 2019, which runs from Friday, November 15 to Sunday, November 17 inclusive.

Building on an established partnership with Champion Jump Trainer Paul Nicholls, Ariat is now delighted to widen its relationships within the industry by partnering with the Home of Jump Racing, Cheltenham Racecourse. It is an exciting venture as Ariat and Cheltenham Racecourse pair up to introduce this new award for the three-day November Meeting that is the racecourse's largest event outside of The Festival™ presented by Magners.

Ariat provides the most advanced performance footwear and apparel for top equestrian athletes and country enthusiasts.

The November Meeting is Cheltenham's largest race meeting outside of The Festival™ presented by Magners, and runs from Friday, November 15 through to Sunday, November 17 inclusive.

Friday is known as Countryside Day with activities throughout the day and live music from The Wurzels in The Centaur after racing. The November Meeting Saturday hosts the feature race of the meeting, the BetVictor Gold Cup, while The November Meeting Sunday is the famous Family Fun Day with plenty of entertainment throughout the day, including appearances from the Minions at intervals throughout the day and live music from The D-Day Darlings after racing.
