Your benefits explained

Each year we organise reciprocal fixtures for our members to enjoy a day’s racing at other courses across the UK and Ireland. 

 
Under the new membership offer our members will enjoy access to around 70 additional fixtures throughout the year. 
 
Members can expect to enjoy a day out at Ascot in January, Newbury in March and Goodwood in May as well as Punchestown in April and Leopardstown in December. 

 
Our reciprocal programme is announced once the fixture list is confirmed and will be published on the Members hub of the Cheltenham website, available on request from our Membership team or on race days.

Significant resources have gone into improving our car parks for racegoers. The vast majority of visiting cars at the Festival will be located on hard standing or temporary trackway. 
 
Insurance Bar Members have parking included in the Membership. This will be located in the Yellow Car Park zone. 
 
Princess Royal Stand and Garrison Savannah Members have parking included in the Membership. This will be located in the Red Car Park Zone. 
 
Favourite and Desert Orchid Members will be provided with a 10% discount off public car parking for the Festival and November Saturday and can access the Public car parking for all other racedays.  

Red parking is included for Senior Members outside of the Festival and November Saturday.  

 
Upgrading Your Car Parking Experience 

 
Hall of Fame Parking 

It is possible to purchase a reserved space for the entire season in the Hall of Fame car park. Prices range from £385 to £435. 

 
Accessible Parking 

Accessible parking is available upon production of a blue badge. Let the team know if you require access. 

Grandstand seats can be purchased in the Main Grandstand at a discounted members rate for November Saturday and the Festival.  

 
Racecourse View  

Located at the top of the straight with a view over the finishing line. Accessible on Level 3 close to the Hall of Fame. 
 
Central  

Members will have exclusive use of the Central Grandstand Seating outside of the Festival and November Saturday, where they will be provided with a discounted purchase price.  Accessible via the Banco Betting Area on Level 3 in the middle section of the main grandstand.  

Enjoy 20% Off General Admission tickets for a friend at the following meetings: Showcase Friday, November Sunday, December Friday, April Wednesday and Race Night in May. Tickets can be purchased on the day.

Please note that admission does not include access to any of the Members facilities.

We are proud of our partnership with Racing Around The World, a local company that have taken thousands of people horse racing abroad.

Every year Racing Around The World arrange a trip to one of the European Crystal Cup venues and our members are welcome to join in the fun and take advantage of the special rates provided.

Trips include visiting the incredible racecourses in Merano in Italy, Pardubice in Czechia, Waregem in Belgium or the picturesque Craon in France.

Monday 16th March – Priority window opens for renewing Insurance Bar & Princess Royal Stand members. General on sale for The Favorite & Desert Orchid Memberships.

Monday 1st June - General on sale for all memberships to all customers.

  • Insurance Bar Membership – Access to every race day, all season, along with a reserved seat and parking space for the whole season. Access to Insurance Bar and Princess Royal Stand.
  • Princess Royal Membership – Access to every race day, all season, with access to The Annual Members Bar, Big Bucks Bar and a member's marquee. ​
  • The Favourite Membership – Access to every race day, all season, with access to the Istabraq bar and member’s marquee. Concession price of £245 for 18-28, Senior (65+) and Irish & International members​. 
  • The Desert Orchid Membership – Access to every race day except November Saturday and The Festival, with access to the Istabraq bar and member’s marquee. For racegoers who prefer racing on less busy days. 
  • Insurance Bar Member – Insurance Bar and grandstand seating along with access to the Princess Royal Stand Members Bar, Members Marquee and the Centaur Istabraq along with all Club and Tattersalls Enclosure areas for the whole Season. 
  • Princess Royal Stand Member – Annual Members Bar & Big Bucks Bar in The Princess Royal Stand, the Members Marquee and the Istabraq Bar along with all Club and Tattersalls Enclosure areas for the whole Season. 
  • The Favourite Member – All Club and Tattersalls Enclosure areas, Members’ Marquee and the Istabraq Bar for the whole Season. 
  • The Desert Orchid Member – All Club and Tattersalls Enclosure areas, Members Marquee and the Istabraq Bar for the Season with the exception of the Festival and November Saturday. 
  • Insurance Bar Membership – Access to free Yellow parking all season 
  • Princess Royal Stand Membership – Access to free Red parking all season 
  • The Favourite and The Desert Orchid Membership– Parking can be purchased with a 10% discount for the public parking area for November Meeting Saturday and Cheltenham Festival. Red parking is included for Senior Members outside of the Festival and November Saturday.  

Princess Royal Stand Members can apply for a maximum of 4 family guest badges on any race day outside of The Festival. The number of guest badges available on any race day will vary from fixture to fixture. 
 
Your invited guest (s) must hold a valid Favourite or Desert Orchid Membership, proof of which will be requested at the time of badge redemption. Your guest(s) must be considered by you, to be a family member.
