This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and our charity, Racing Welfare, has launched its own initiative to help support British Racing’s workforce.
Running from Monday 18th May through until Sunday 24th May, Racing Welfare’s ‘7 Days of Kindness’ campaign aims to highlight and raise the profile of mental health, encouraging everyone to think of their own wellbeing and to do what they can to support others around them.
Each year Racing Welfare comes up with new initiatives to help promote conversation around mental health and to encourage us all to consider wellbeing as a priority.
This year’s campaign is fully digital due to Covid-19 and explains all the services the charity offers to those who need it.
All across social media and on its own website, Racing Welfare is publishing case studies and advice on subjects such as helping others, undertaking Mental Health First Aid training, self-care and combatting loneliness.
