Our Senior Steward updated employees on the work going on behind the scenes to get our racecourses ready for racing’s return and explained how the Stewards have been meeting during ‘lockdown’.

Phil White, London Regional Director, gave a wide-ranging update on issues including plans to stage this year’s Investec Derby ‘behind closed doors’, how the C&E teams are coping faced with a unique set of challenges and the importance of the Allies Programme in looking after colleagues’ mental and physical health.

The webinar finished with a twist when Delia introduced a ‘Special Guest’. Lara Telfer, the South West’s Regional Marketing Manager, is a finalist in Racing Welfare’s Furlong Factor and performed at the very end of the session.
