Newmarket Racecourse offers a wide selection of versatile rooms and suites, designed to host events of every size and style. From large exhibition halls and impressive suites to private executive boxes and distinctive lounges, each space can be adapted to suit your plans. Whether you are organising a major conference, an exhibition, a private dinner or a celebratory gathering, the variety of spaces ensures there is a setting to match. Combined with expansive outdoor areas and the prestige of a world-famous racecourse, Newmarket provides a flexible and memorable venue for both business and social occasions.

Small Spaces

The Royal Box

The Royal box is a delightful room with racecourse views and is reserved for members of the Royal Family on racedays.

 

It enjoys its own private enclosed viewing terrace and private lift. It is an ideal setting for a board meeting or special dinner.

Small Executive Boxes

The magnificent Executive Boxes, located on the 4th floor of the Millennium Grandstand provide a luxurious setting for small meetings.

Large Executive boxes

Located on the fourth floor in The Millennium Grandstand, our Large Executive Boxes have magnificent views of the Suffolk countryside and surrounding training grounds.

The Frankel Lounge

The Frankel Lounge is an informal space ideal to use for networking, drinks receptions, celebrations or as a catering area for outdoor team building event.

Medium Spaces

The Limekilns Suite

With some of the most spectacular views across the Parade Ring and training gallops beyond, the Limekilns Suite is a stylish multi-purpose room, ideal for moderate sized functions, meetings or as a syndicate room to larger conferences.

The Hong Kong Suite

Our fabulous Hong Kong Suite is a mainly used for wedding civil ceremonies or exhibition space for trade shows due to the elegance of this room, the suite can be a good space for small meetings also.

The Bistro

The Bistro Suite is an excellent facility for a variety of different events.

 

It can accommodate up to 70 people theatre style and provides self-contained facilities with its own kitchen, bar and bathroom facilities.

Exhbition Hall Four

A beautifully furnished lounge bar with wonderful views of the racecourse and courtyard.

The Guineas Suite

A beautifully decorated, light and airy room, The Guineas Suite is the ideal setting for a special lunch or dinner.

The Legends Lounge

The Legends Lounge is a comfortable and stylish conference room located at the famous Rowley Mile, Newmarket Racecourse.

Large Spaces

The Millennium Suite

Our principal function room, the impressive Millennium Suite, is located on the second floor of the Millennium Grandstand and enjoys inspirational views of ‘the Home of Racing’

 

Max Capacity : 400

Exhibition Hall One

Located on the ground floor in the Millennium Grandstand, with over 685 square metres of marble floored space, Exhibition Hall 1 is our biggest room for indoor events.

 

Max Capacity: 2000

Exhibition Hall Two

With over 300 square metres of fully carpeted space on the ground floor of The Millennium Grandstand, Exhibition Hall 2 is ideal for exhibitions, meetings or as a large breakout room.

 

Max Capacity: 150

Exhibition Hall Three

Located on the 1st floor, this dual aspect area is light and airy with a sweeping central staircase and has magnificent views over the Parade Ring and racecourse.

Champions Gallery

With a panoramic view overlooking the famous Rowley Mile, this tiered event space ensures that nobody misses out on the breath taking scenery.
