BRYONY FROST

Ever wondered what it’s like to be a top jockey? Most of us will never get the chance to ride a racehorse, let alone race on the biggest stage of them all.

So we’ve teamed up with our ambassador Bryony Frost to give you a unique insight into the split-second decisions jockeys have to make while riding in races.

Bryony wore the ‘Jockey Cam’ on her head for the JCB Triumph Hurdle on day four of The Festival™ presented by Magners. Here she talks us through the entire race from start to finish, covering everything from the tactics given to her by trainer Paul Nicholls to pointing out rivals jumping across her on the track!

Bryony and ‘Sid’ finished fifth of 13 in a race which will be best remembered for the favourite, Goshen, dramatically unseating jockey Jamie Moore at the last hurdle with victory at his mercy.
