We will have two zones: The Amber Zone and Green Zone. Find out more regarding these zones below.
the amber zone
- Who will be in this zone?
The Amber Zone is a dedicated zone for Warwick Annual Member Ticket Purchasers, Racehorse Owners, Sponsors, and Corporate / Hospitality Guests. If you are allocated an Amber Zone admission you cannot go into the Green Zone of the racecourse.
- What areas can I access in the Amber Zone?
The Amber Zone will give you access to the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure. There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities serving food and drink.
There will be very little wet weather cover so you should treat your day at the racecourse as an outdoor event and dress appropriately for the weather, with warm or waterproof clothing or equally to give protection against the sun, depending on the forecast.
Please note that for the Pilot Event those in this zone will not be able to access the viewing of the pre-parade ring and saddling boxes. The Paddock Pavilion, which is usually a hospitality area is being utilised as a changing room for jockeys.
- What catering will be available?
There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor food and drink available. All our bars and food concessions will be cashless.
- Betting facilities
There will be Tote concessions and bookmakers located within the Amber Zone who will accept contactless debit card payments and cash.
the green zone
This zone is restricted to jockeys, trainers, and officials. It must be kept sterile to comply with DCMS and BHA Guidelines.
