The Pass System is operational every raceday and Wincanton is delighted to offer sole, partnership or Syndicate Owners with runners on the day six complimentary Owners' and Trainers' badges.
Additional Owners' badges, to a maximum of six additional tickets, may be purchased for £10 per ticket. Owners' wishing to purchase tickets over and above this amount may purchase admission tickets at £10 each but please note that these do not permit admission to the Owners' and Trainers' Suite or to The Parade Ring. When leaving badges from your allocation for guests, please ensure that they are aware that these must be collected from the Owners' and Trainers' desk.
If your horse is entered but does not run then we would be delighted to offer you up to four complimentary admission tickets. Please email Anne (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance to reserve these badges and she will arrange for them to be available from the Owners' and Trainers' entrance. Please note that these do not admit to the Owners' and Trainers' Suite or The Parade Ring.
There is a dedicated Owners' and Trainers' Car Park, which is signposted from the main road.
To collect your Owners' and Trainers' badges, please head towards the main entrance building by the car park on the right.
The dress code for Owners' and Trainers' attending a raceday at Wincanton Racecourse is smart casual. We also recommend you dress for the weather.
The Owners' and Trainers' Hospitality suite is on the first floor of the Kingwell Building with excellent views overlooking The Parade Ring. We offer locally sourced food along with large screen TV allowing close scrutiny of the races as they unfold. New this season will be Sky Sports Racing Package showing on a dedicated TV screen.
All Owners' and Trainers' badge holders will receive a voucher with their badge for a complimentary meal in the dedicated hospitlaity suite for Owners' and Trainers'. These vouchers will also be valid for use in the Badger Bar but not at any of the concession units.
For more formal dining at the racecourse, there is limited availability in our Chasers and Winning Post Restaurants. These facilities are extremely popular, and if you wish to dine here, please reserve your table as soon as possible. Reservations may be made through the racecourse office on 01963 435 840.
Winning connections will be invited for a glass of Champagne and light refreshments whilst reliving the race again with our racecourse committee members.

Road - Wincanton Racecourse is on the A303 and the Racecourse is situated approximately one mile out of Wincanton on the B3081, Wincanton to Bruton Road.
Rail - The nearest stations are Castle Cary, Gillingham, and Templecombe. A courtesy coach service operates from Templecombe on racedays, times are published on the Wincanton Racecourse racedays. It will leave the course 20 minutes after the last race and will pick up racegoers opposite the Annual Members' entrance. Visitors wishing to travel on other services are advised to alight at Gillingham where taxis are available. Please note that taxis are also available at Castle Cary Station.
Air - Owners' wishing to travel by Helicopter will be met by a courtesy vehicle and are requested to telephone the Racecourse Office in advance to obtain the landing position. Please note that helicopters are not permitted to land inside the track on the golf course. This option is available at all fixtures other than Boxing Day.
Please be aware that we do not permit children under the age of 12 into The Parade Ring or Winner’s Enclosure. We apologise if this causes an inconvenience however, for health and safety reasons, all our visitors – horses and human – is of paramount importance to us and The Parade Ring can be a particularly dangerous area.
