Betway Craven Meeting Customer Survey 2026 Prize Draw: Terms & Conditions

 

1. The Promoter is The Jockey Club, 21-27 Lambs Conduit Street, London, WC1N 3NL. (the "Promoter").

2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. To qualify to enter the Prize Draw you must be a resident in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or the Isle of Man.

 

4. The Prize Draw is only open to entrants over the age of 18 who have been sent, and submitted, the Betway Craven Meeting 2026 Customer Survey form by 11.59PM on Sunday 14th June 2026. Any submissions after the close date with will be disqualified


5. One prize is available and there is one winner. The prize is 2 x Premier tickets to one 2026 Summer Saturday fixture at Newmarket Racecourse of the winner's choice, from the fixture list below:

  • Boots & Bridles - 18 July 2026
  • Summer Saturday - 1 August 2026
  • The Greatest Raceday - 8 August 2026
  • Summer Saturday - 15 August 2026

 

Sale or exchange of the prizes is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange a prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by The Jockey Club and the prize will be declared null and void.

 

6. A winner will be picked at random using a random number generator on Tuesday 16th June 2026 and notified via email or telephone. Confirmation of acceptance of the prize must be made by within 5 working days. Failure to claim the prize will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner before selection of an alternative winner is made.

 

7. The winner and their guests will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Newmarket Racecourse.


8. The Promoter will not be responsible if the winner or any of their guests are unable to attend the raceday of their choice due to health or other reasons.

9. The Promoter will not be liable if any chosen raceday is cancelled, delayed or suspended as a result of an act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.


10. If the chosen racecourse raceday, or any of its facilities are unavailable on the selected day, The Jockey Club will advise the winner of such and offer alternative dates or venues.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion as the Promoter deems necessary in its absolute sole discretion.

12. The Promoter shall have the right in its absolute sole discretion to substitute any prize with one of equivalent or greater value. The prize or its alternative must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in connection with this promotion.

13. By entering this Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering prize fulfilment, it is necessary for The Jockey Club to securely hold and process your personal data.

 

14. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing that the personal information that you provided is processed in accordance with The Jockey Club’s Privacy Policy.

15. Data relating to entrants of the Prize Draw will be retained by The Jockey Club for a reasonable period after the Prize Draw closes to assist The Jockey Club to operate Prize Draw in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries in the Prize Draw. The winner agrees to the release of their first initial, surname and county of residence to any other Prize Draw participants if requested. 16. The Jockey Club may process your personal data for marketing purposes with your consent, based on a legitimate business interest, or as otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all marketing emails.

17. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant, The Jockey Club may, at its sole discretion invalidate the prize and disqualify the entrant from the Prize Draw.

18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
