
The Jockey Club has announced the appointment of Rob Painter as its new Chief Customer Officer.
Painter will start on January 12th 2026 and report directly to the organisation’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Jim Mullen.
As Managing Director of Brand and People, Painter played a pivotal role in helping Sky Bet to become the UK’s most popular online betting brand. Following that he founded Highstone Clarity Ltd, consulting for several high-profile brands, providing marketing strategies and leadership for evoke, Fortuna, Oddschecker and The Tote.
The Jockey Club’s Group CEO, Jim Mullen, said: “Rob is a results-driven marketeer with a deep understanding of building and executing customer strategies that drive growth.
“He brings a proven track record of customer growth and retention at a senior level in complex betting and gaming business environments. I know that he’ll be a great asset to The Jockey Club and we look forward to welcoming him.”
