Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a full paying responsible adult (over 21 or their parent) to gain entry to the venue, limited to three under 18s per adult. Once in the venue, those aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by their responsible adult for the duration of their time at the Racecourse. 16 to 17 years olds do not need to be accompanied around the venue but must still have their responsible adult on site and must adhere to site policies.
Fireworks timings are subject to weather and operational conditions. We will endeavour to keep you informed throughout the event should there be any delays anticipated.
Should a last entry time apply to this event, please ensure you arrive in good time. Details of gates and entry times will be detailed on the event page and in your pre-event email.
In the event of a cancellation, a full refund on the face value of your ticket will be issued to all ticket holders.
We hope that the weather will be kind but such is the nature of the great British weather, we cannot guarantee it will be! Therefore, we suggest you dress appropriately and keep an eye on the forecasts ahead of the event.
The following items are not permitted to be brought on site during this event –
- Food
- Drinks (including alcohol)
- Sparklers, Fireworks, Bangers, Flares
- Chairs or other temporary furniture
Any items listed above will be confiscated if found and may not be returned.
We recommend leaving all pets safely at home. Where an Assistance Dog or Service Animal is required, please notify the Racecourse team in advance so we can ensure arrangements can be made.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No refund shall be given in respect of any unused part of any ticket and tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or transferred.
