Since stepping into this role, my priority has been to challenge our team to elevate everything we do here at the racecourse.

My focus is simple: to improve your race day experience and ensure our most loyal supporters feel truly valued.

To that end, I am pleased to introduce our new Membership plans for the 2026/27 season.

I am confident these changes represent a significant step forward and will be well-received by the vast majority of our existing members.

While I recognise that no membership structure will satisfy everyone, we remain committed to a process of continuous improvement. We will be listening closely to your feedback and reflecting on the new model as the season progresses.

If you have any questions, our Membership team is here to help. They will be available throughout the four days of The Festival to assist you in person.
