This membership tier best represents our previous annual membership but comes with so much more.


Princess Royal Stand members will now have exclusive access to the whole first floor of the Princess Royal Stand including Big Bucks Bar. They will also be provided with a comfortable, well-appointed marquee at every meeting, located near the pre-parade ring or in the heart of the tented village.


Members will have a great time enjoying the races in this lively and vibrant environment.


Additional benefits include free parking for the duration of the season and over 70 reciprocal race days across the year.

  • Royal Ascot Parade Ring Picnic 2026

We are excited about hosting our first ever Royal Ascot in the Parade Ring on Thursday June 18th. Bring a picnic along and enjoy The Ascot Gold Cup on our giant screen.

 

The Weighing Room will be opened up for visitors to look around and they’ll be a chance to have your photo taken on the Winner’s podium, with the “one and only” Gold Cup.

 

The event will be run as a fundraiser for the Gold Cup Centenary Community Fund, which helps good causes in the proximity of the racecourse.

 

  • Christmas Film Night 2026

Take a seat at our Christmas Racing Film night.

 

The evening will start with a welcome from a horse racing legend, and then we will sit down to enjoy a horse racing classic on the big screen.

 

Movies under consideration for our inaugural Members Film night are The Rainbow Jacket, the 1954 classic that inspired Jenny Pitman’s career in racing, Seabiscuit, the 2003 film chronicling the story of the legendary American racehorse, or the British classic National Velvet, starring Elizabeth Taylor, with its intense racing scenes.

 

  • Cheltenham Official Festival Preview night 2027

This long-established event always attracts a huge crowd to watch a stellar line-up of racing analysts.

 

Over the years, the likes of Sir AP McCoy, Barry Geraghty and Ruby Walsh have graced the Centaur stage to give us their expert opinion on the best chances at The Festival.

 

The event is free for Members, although a ticket is required.

 

The date for 2027 is yet to be confirmed.

 

  • Aintree Thursday "Racing Fans" Day Trip 2027

Whilst the Grand National is the most famous race on Aintree’s racing programme, the true racing fan has a love with “The Thursday”. With four Grade 1s this is an unmissable meeting for those who love the sport!

 

Join us on a day trip to Liverpool to enjoy one of the most enjoyable fixtures on the racing calendar.

 

The “fans” bus will leave early morning from Cheltenham Racecourse and return after racing. The trip will include a Tipping Contest and other fun activities.

Your Benefits Explained

Each year we organise reciprocal fixtures for our members to enjoy a day’s racing at other courses across the UK and Ireland.

Under the new membership offer our Insurance Bar, Princess Royal Grandstand and Cheltenham Club members will enjoy access to around 70 additional fixtures throughout the year.

Members can expect to enjoy a day out at Ascot in January, Newbury in March and Goodwood in May as well as Punchestown in April and Leopardstown in December.

Our Favourite Pass and Outsider Pass members will enjoy a day’s racing at every Jockey Club racecourse including the likes of Newmarket, Epsom and Sandown.

Our reciprocal programme is announced once the fixture list is confirmed and will be published on the Members hub of the Cheltenham website, available on request from our Membership team or on race days.

Significant resources have gone into improving our car parks for racegoers. The vast majority of visiting cars at the Festival will be located on hard standing or temporary trackway.

Insurance Bar Members have parking included in the Membership. This will be located in the Yellow Car Park zone.

Princess Royal Stand and Garrison Savannah Members have parking included in theMembership. This will be located in the Red Car Park Zone.

Favourite and Outsider Members will be provided with a 10% discount off public car parking.

Upgrading Your Car Parking Experience


Hall of Fame Parking

It is possible to purchase a reserved space for the entire season in the Hall of Fame car park. Prices range from £385 to £435.


Disabled Parking

Disabled car parking is available upon production of a blue badge. Let the team know if you require access.

Please note that admission does not include access to any of the Members facilities.

Grandstand seats can be purchased in the Main Grandstand at a discounted members rate for November Saturday and the Festival. There are three banks of seats available.

South – Located at the top of the straight with a view over the finishing line. Accessible on Level 3 close to the Hall of Fame.

Central – Accessible via the Banco Betting Area on Level 3 in the middle section of the main grandstand.

North – The last block of seating on the main grandstand on Level 3 above the Golden Miller bar.

We are proud of our partnership with Racing Around The World, a local company that have taken thousands of people horse racing abroad.

Every year Racing Around The World arrange a trip to one of the European Crystal Cup venues and our members are welcome to join in the fun and take advantage of the special rates provided.

Trips include visiting the incredible racecourses in Merano in Italy, Pardubice in Czechia, Waregem in Belgium or the picturesque Craon in France.

Insurance Bar Membership (capped at 540 people), Princess Royal Stand Membership (capped at 2000 people) and Garrison Savannah Membership (capped at 200 people) will go on-sale to renewing members only from Monday, March 16th. This exclusive period will be in place until June 1st.

The Favourite Membership and Outsider Membership will go on sale to renewing members and general public from Monday, March 16th. Cheltenham Club is available on application.
