Located in the heart of the Tented Village, The Racing Lounge is the ideal base-for-the-day for racegoers who want to ensure they have a guaranteed level of comfort.

 

The facility is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big race day crowd, but close enough to get amongst the action when the commentator calls.

  • Personalised greeting on arrival at The Racing Lounge from our welcome hosts, who will remain on-hand throughout the day to offer assistance if required.

Last year we introduced the Racing Room as a brand-new facility at the Festival and it proved hugely popular, selling out every day, whilst The Lounge, has been the established choice of hundreds of racegoers looking for that extra degree of comfort for many years.

 

For the season ahead we have decided we should offer our valued customers the best of both and put all our efforts into to the provision of just one, excellent, well-appointed facility.

The Racing Lounge is the ideal location for racegoers who want to ensure they have a guaranteed level of comfort, in a facility that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of a big race day crowd, but close enough to get amongst the action when the commentator calls.

 

Located in the Club Enclosure, within the Tented Village, guests in the Racing Lounge will be personally greeted on arrival by our friendly hosts, who will provide you with a complimentary racecard and an official Festival 2026 pin badge (at Cheltenham Festival only).

 

Included in every guest’s arrival pack is a voucher that can be redeemed at one of the food outlets located within The Racing Lounge. A wide selection of options will be available including the odd-on favourite pizza!

 

Around the room there is ample seating for everyone present, with a choice of traditional tables and chairs, high top tables and quiet corners with settees and coffee tables, so you can settle back and relax.

 

Large screens will show all the racing action, and if you want to put a bet on, tote facilities will be located close by, so there is never a need to wander far from your base-for-the-day.

 

Drawn from the Racing Room experience, guests will be able to enjoy an in-person Racing Preview, presented by the team from Oddschecker, who will also welcome racing celebrities and personalities to the stage to give you the best insights available.

 

A special treat for the racing fan, unique to the Racing Lounge experience, is that you will be able to have your photograph taken alongside some the week’s feature race trophies, which will be scheduled to visit during the afternoon, including the original Gold Cup from 1924.
