The Chez Roux Dining Experience will return to the 2020 QIPCO Guineas Festival.
Albert Roux is a name synonymous with the very best in fine dining and the highest quality Michelin-starred cuisine. Following the success of last year, Newmarket Racecourses are proud to announce that Chez Roux, a premium hospitality experience between Albert and Newmarket Racecourses, will return to the QIPCO Guineas Festival in 2020.
Chez Roux will offer racegoers the chance to combine Jockey Club Fine Dining alongside some of the very best Flat racing in the world from this exclusive setting. Based in Newmarket’s Millennium Grandstand, racegoers will not only enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Racecourse but also the delicious menu that is designed and served wholly at Chez Roux.
Albert was Head Chef in the early part of his career at the Fairlawne Estate in Kent, the home of the late Peter Cazalet who trained racehorses for The Queen Mother. Peter was a great supporter of Albert’s, especially in setting up Le Gavroche in London, his signature restaurant and the first restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars in the UK.
