OUR ZONES AT THE PILOT EVENT

 

What is the Millennium Enclosure (Amber Zone)?

  • Who will be in this zone?

 

The Millennium Enclosure (Amber Zone) is a dedicated zone for Thoroughbred Lounge Badge Holders, Racehorse Owners, Sponsors and Corporate / Hospitality Guests. If you are allocated an Amber Zone admission you cannot go into any of the other zones of the racecourse.

 

  • What areas can I access in the Millennium Enclosure?

The Millennium Enclosure (Amber Zone) will give you access to:

  • Adnams Cask Bar
  • Viewing of Parade Ring, Winners Enclosure and racecourse

 

 

Please note that for the Pilot Event those in this zone will not be able to access to the Hong Kong suite, the Bistro Restaurant, or Pre-Parade ring. Level 2 of the Millennium Grandstand will be for the exclusive use of hospitality guests.

 

  • What catering will be available?

The Adnams Cask bar will be open, where a range of bottled beers, ciders, wine, spirits & soft drinks will be available to purchase.

 

Coffee Shack – Hot Chicken Wraps, Sausage Baguettes, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Wrap, Fresh tea, coffee & pastries.

 

All our bars, restaurants and food concessions will be fully cashless.

 

  • Betting

There will be Tote concessions and bookmakers located within the Amber Zone who will accept contactless debit card payments and cash. The William Hill Betting shop will also be open in the Amber Zone.

 

 

 

What is THE Blue Zone?

  • Who will be in this zone?

The Blue Zone is for annual badge holders only. If you are allocated a Blue Zone admission you cannot go into any other zones of the racecourse.

 

  • What areas can I access in Blue Zone?

In the Blue Zone you will have access to view the parade ring and to trackside viewing and to the Ground and First Floor of the Millennium Grandstand. There will be restricted viewing of the Winners Enclosure.

 

  • What catering will be available?

There are food and drink concessions in the Blue Zone and Boulevard which are expected to include:

  • Gordon Richards Bar – Range of bottled beers, ciders, wine, spirits & soft drinks.
  • Devils Dyke – Selection of hot dishes including a dish of the day, fish & chips cold dishes which include sandwiches & salads plus a selection of soft drinks & snacks.
  • Smoke Shack – Serving freshly cooked, made to order burgers & chicken wraps.
  • Coffee Cart – Fresh tea, coffee, & pastries.

 

All our food concessions will be fully cashless.

 

  • Betting

There will be Tote concessions and bookmakers located within the Blue Zone who will accept contactless debit card payments and cash. The William Hill betting shop will also be available which is located opposite the Gordon Richards Bar. On the racecourse side, there will be bookmakers located in the betting ring.

 

 

There will be no access through the ground floor of the Millennium Grandstand to the racecourse. There are a limited number of viewing spaces available from the stepping area on level 1. Please note, the numbers inside the grandstand are restricted and access will be granted, should there be the availability to enter.
