At Cheltenham Racecourse, we are experienced in working with families and have a range of options available to ensure smooth and simple choices can be made during a difficult time.

 

We provide exclusive private hire of our spaces and rooms to ensure you can create a wake reception or memorial for your loved one in the way that they will have wanted.

 

We have a number of spaces that can accommodate an intimate reception of 50 guests including The Gold Cup Suite, The Festival Suite or The Panoramic. If you have a larger number of family, friends and work colleagues wishing to honour the memory of your loved one, we have spaces that can seat up to 250 guests.

Cheltenham prides itself on providing guests with stunning dishes for every occasion. Our menus are designed with these key elements in mind; seasonality, provenance of ingredients and sourcing of local British produce that are farmed and caught in a sustainable and ethical way.

 

Looking after thousands of delegates at one time, the Cheltenham team is easily able to deliver mouth-watering food such as six different bowl food offerings, a strawberry waterfall with chocolate dipping and a sweet trolley with lots of different old-fashioned sweets.

 

The team at Cheltenham delivers quality in its food and skill in catering for events, regardless of the size or type – after all when it comes to the racing, it caters for more than 10,000 hospitality guests each day, to the very highest of standards.

 

Our skilled chefs enjoy personalising menu options to suit every event, whether it’s a breakfast package for 10 or a delicious banquet for 800. Our experienced team and friendly waiting and bar staff are dedicated to providing a first-class service at every event. We offer award winning catering and deliver a strong fine dining experience.
